Protect Your Mind

I believe you must

protect your mind.

It is a terrible thing

to give away to,

A controlling man,

A manipulating pastor,

A female frenemy,

A charming lady.

Never follow others

into a domain where

you can be trapped

and have no way out.

Predators prey on those

who are too trusting,

who are very needy,

who have voids in life,

who need connection,

who just need love.

Caution must be had

to protect your mind

from being snatched away

into the hands of evil

under the guise of good.

Nourish your brain well.

Trust your intuition more.

Often your gut knows more

than your mind truly does.

Always protect your mind

from the dangers of others.
