Powerless Love

I cry out in mercy,

Pining for you.

Your voice,

Your presence,

Your skin,

Your touch,

Escapes my pleas,

Avoiding my silent prayers.

I can’t bear this.

In my tears, the salt

Forms the body of you.

I run thru out the field,

Chasing your runaway spirit.

Honey, you have no clue of

The agony you leave me in.

You leave me powerless.

There is nothing I can do.

There is NOTHING I can do.
