How often do you walk or run?

I have never been into running. I did some jogging when I was in college, but after that time, it is not something I want to do.

I walk everyday. I know that there are apps and watches and all these guidelines about how many steps you need to take every day. I used to try to get in 10,000 steps a day but it became too stressful and made me anxious, as if I needed to complete homework all the time. So, I don’t count my steps anymore.

I am a person who is not into being super active and moving around constantly. Being a busy bee and/or obsessively exercising or attempting to turn myself into a gym rat has NEVER worked long term for me. I’m just not made that way. I need rest and value my time to sleep and relax.
