A rosebud struggles to grow
Through the desert sand, because
Because if the rosebud ever sprang forth,
Its environment was already warped,
Not even conducive for proper growth
Of a magnificent, beautiful flower.
The haven was filled with heat,
One extreme and no in between.
“Heat” rearranged spells “hate”
“Thirsty” without the “r” = “shitty”,
And “vile” re-worded = “evil”
These elements describe the climate
And the ground that spawned
The rosebud into this world.
The seed was planted
The rosebud came into fruition
As the flower grew and matured,
The habitat was always dry,
Because of the sun’s rays.
When the sunshine beamed down
Onto the rosebud, the sun radiated
A light full of sheer terror,
And no other stabilizer such as
Cooler, moist air, clouds or rain,
Reigned upon the rosebud to
Help quell the never-ending heat.
The sun had shined so hot,
Gleaming nonstop, unmercifully for days,
That during some of these instances,
The rosebud almost wilted away.
Sandstorms and drought also appeared
Trying to debilitate the rosebud,
Or the ground would constrict
Practically destroying the lovely flower.
But despite it originating from
An unfit, sweltering, hopeless haven,
The rosebud somehow manages to
Bounce back from near thirst,
And rise above its circumstances.
Divine intervention in the form of
Fertilizer, water and loving care
Transformed the potential stormy weather
Into an opportunity for rebirth
And an internal realization
That eternal divine guidance
Will always surround the rosebud
Enabling it to survive living
In and throughout the stifling desert.
