What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

My favorite form of physical exercise is dancing. I really enjoy dancing because it moves my body rhythmically to music.

Years ago I took ballroom dancing and it was challenging and I loved doing it at that time. I learned how to do salsa, waltz, samba, cha-cha and other dances. Those were great workouts.

Nowadays, I just dance when I feel like it anywhere. I like keeping in tune to each note that plays in whatever song.

I think it is a gift to be able to dance, do decently well with it and enjoy it. So, that is my favorite form of physical exercise.

    I hate exercising when it feels like I am doing it just for the physical benefit and not anything else. That is why I would have to agree that dancing is a great way to stay in shape because it is so fun.

    Think my parents have me beat on the dancing front though. They always say that it was music and dancing that kept their relationship together for 40+ years. My Father even wrote an article on my site about it, he’s so passionate about it.

      That’s awesome. I also don’t like traditional exercising methods (like going to the gym).
