Taking Care of Me

I have been working on maintaining balance in my life. I am a busy teacher and I am also a person who needs to have a lot of rest to restore myself. So, as I go about my daily routines, I make sure to eat enough nutritious vegetables and meat, consistently take my bone broth collagen and get a proper amount of rest.

For now, this is what I focus on, taking good care of me as I output my energy to others.
