I enjoy eating a variety of different foods. I was born and raised up to be vegetarian. However, I found over the years that my body truly needs protein and other vitamins and minerals from animal meat.
So, in the Fall of 2017, I started to eat chicken. Then, about 4 to 5 years ago, I added in lamb meat. I think in the past 2 years, I started eating beef. My body feels much better. I feel more nourished and energized than before.
I enjoy eating meat that is well cooked and well done. I also like when it is seasoned as well or mixed in with some other dish that is seasoned. Of course, the meat needs to be clean and decent quality as well. I have gone from team vegetarian to team chicken, lamb and beef meat eater. For me, it has tremendously aided in my energy renewal as a busy, active teacher.
