I pay attention to myself more in terms of making sure I get proper rest and sleep. I don’t shame myself or potentially let others shame me for wanting and needing a LOT of rest. This positive change, to allow myself to rest and sleep more has made a huge difference in my energy. I feel better inside and outside. As a teacher, I am always exerting energy teaching my students and managing my classes. So, the positive change I have made is never judge myself for sleeping and needing rest.
