I enjoy relaxing by sleeping and taking naps. I have loved sleep ever since I was a child. I believe that is just how my body is wired. As a teacher, I make sure that I get plenty of rest to regenerate my energy and cells.
I also like relaxing by watching and listening to documentaries on YouTube. I like to learn about different cultures and facets of this planet we live on. I choose documentaries based on my interests and mood.
Listening to music is another way I relax. I am a music lover and love music from across many different genres in the world. There’s nothing like putting my headphones on and jamming to my favorite songs on rotation on my playlist.
