Submerged in a blue haven

Filled with salt from Earth

I’m baptized and cleansed

By mother Gaia’s saline water.

Mesmerized by the waves

I follow them back and forth

Up and down, slowly, quickly

Fading in and out ashore.

Enfolded amongst sea energy

My flesh and internal essence

Sweep their eternal concerns

Into the ethers of seaful peace.
