Like a lot of people, I do in fact love my smartphone. It is something that I am on often during each day. Because I live in Shanghai, we do a lot of things on our phones, including paying for things, ordering things, connecting with friends, etc. I suppose that I waste a lot of time on YouTube. I don’t necessarily think it is a total waste though because I do learn a lot from various channels that I watch. I do take breaks and do other tasks that don’t require my phone and try to be conscious of it and not be on it 24/7. I am not heavily addicted to it, but I do adore my phone, no doubt. Therefore, I waste time on my phone the most during the day.
