I am trapped inside

My emotional heart and mind.

Fearing failure I freeze

Suspended in still water.

Frozen from instinctual guilt,

Then I relax my heart.

I am able to float up

Freeing myself from harm.

When in peril and storms,

Always remember you are

Never alone, for the Lord

And this vast universe is

Always engulfing you in care.
